Street names will not duplicate any existing street names within the city, except where a new street is a continuation of an existing street. Street names which are spelled differently but sound the same as existing street names shall not be used. All street name signs shall be approved by the city, shall be furnished and placed at the expense of the developer and shall be properly maintained and repaired by the owner or association responsible for property maintenance.
