Offenders shall be cited with an infraction in accordance with this Code. Each day the violation persists beyond the allotted period of compliance shall result in an additional fine. The City may determine encroachments to be a nuisances and may impose a tax lien on the property in question to recover all applicable fines, fees, and abatement expenses as allowed under Idaho Code.
