A. Utility Easements: Unobstructed utility or other easements shall be provided along the front, rear and side lot lines or where required by the city to accommodate utility or public service services and equipment. Easement widths shall not be less than fifteen feet (15'). Unobstructed drainageway easements shall be provided as required by the city.
B. Pedestrian And Bike Pathway Easements: Pedestrian and bike pathway easements may be required where deemed necessary by the city to provide for orderly and safe control of pedestrian or bicycle traffic. Construction shall be required in accordance with adopted standard specifications. (Ord. 382, 10-25-2006)
