A. Misdemeanor: Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. Other Penalties: In addition to any other penalties, persons who violate any provisions of this chapter shall have any and all building, development, excavation or other permits issued by the city summarily revoked by the city administrator and no such permits shall be reissued until the violation and any damage resulting shall have been completely restored.
