6-1-4: TRAFFIC HAZARDS; CLEAR VISION AT INTERSECTIONS:
Any hedge, shrubbery, fence, wall or other sight obstruction of any nature, except buildings, and except trees as defined by and conforming to applicable regulations, over three feet (3') in height from the existing centerline road elevation, existing, growing, placed or installed within a vision triangle, the boundaries of the vision triangle being formed by measuring from the intersection of the edges of the roadway or the intersection of the edge of the roadway line to points thirty feet (30') along the edges of the roadways or the edge of the roadway and then connecting the two (2) points with a straight line, is hereby deemed to be a traffic hazard and is prohibited. It shall be unlawful for either the owner or the person in possession of any premises to permit such traffic hazard to exist. (1990 Code)
