Notice of an appeal from the denial, imposition of condition(s), suspension, or revocation of a permit shall be filed within five (5) days after service of notification of denial, imposition of condition(s), suspension, or revocation of permit. Notice of such appeal shall be in writing, setting forth fully the grounds upon which the appeal is based, and shall be filed with the city administrator who shall forward copies to the city council. The city administrator shall submit to the city council a report indicating the findings and reasons for denying, restricting, suspending, or revoking the special event permit. (Ord. 319, 3-16-2000)
