5-5-9: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
Any special event permit may be summarily suspended or revoked at any time by the city administrator or chief of police or fire in consultation with the city administrator when because of disaster, emergency or other change of circumstances it is determined that the special event will unreasonably interfere with the public peace, health, safety and welfare or if it is determined that the applicant has not fully complied with the terms and conditions of the city as described in the permit or conditions of approval.
