5-1-15: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction or a misdemeanor, as determined by a responding police officer. Any person determined to be guilty of a misdemeanor shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 537, 1-3-2019)
