5-1-11: UNLAWFUL TO POISON:
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to administer or cause to be administered poison of any sort whatsoever to any animal which is the property of another, or poison food where same is accessible to any dog or other animal. Any person or persons so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (1990 Code)
