4-2-7: DISPOSITION OF REVENUE:
All monies received by the city from collection and sanitary disposal service, and from the operation of a sanitary disposal area, shall be deposited in the general fund and be used to pay for the operation of the collection and sanitary disposal system, and for the specific purposes of protecting the public health, safety and welfare. (Ord. 21, 4-4-1969)
