In addition to suspension or revocation of licenses by the city clerk, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any lawful rule or regulation contained herein shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter are committed, continued or permitted.
