Public parks and open spaces designated by signage for use as parks or hiking and/or riding trails shall be open to the public from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. everyday. Trails located in the Cougar Creek Greenbelt and city-owned property zoned Planned Unit Development that allow passage between the City Hall Complex and the shopping centers will not be subject to the curfew hours. The recreational venue on property leased at 5207 Brodie Lane will also not be subject to the curfew hours. In addition, special extended hours or closures may be permitted or enforced by an authorized agent of the city or as directed by the City Council with notice to the public. It shall be unlawful to enter or occupy such park or open space at any time it is closed to the public.
