Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction of any such violation shall be fined a sum not to exceed $500, except that any person convicted of violating § 96.05(H) or (K) shall be fined a sum not to exceed $2,000. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
