An application to renew a permit must be submitted no later than November 30 of each year, which is one month prior to the end of the term of a pending permit. A late fee will be assessed if an application is submitted late (See § 95.14 Fees). Renewal Permits are valid through December 31 of the year for which the renewal permit is issued.
