A person who fails to comply with the prohibitions of § 95.15 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 but not less than $100 upon first conviction, and not less than $200 nor more than $500 upon a second and subsequent convictions. Each violation is a separate offense for each day or portion of a day during which the violation is committed or continued.
