§ 51.085 REQUIRED PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR OTHER INDUSTRIAL USERS.
   For other industrial users not classified as significant industrial users under this chapter, a wastewater discharge permit issued under this chapter shall contain, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set forth in § 51.083(A), (B), (C) and (D). A wastewater discharge permit issued under this section may include those conditions listed in § 51.083(C) and (D) where the Director shall determine the inclusion of same to be necessary for the protection of the POTW or the proper implementation of this chapter.
