§ 51.062 EXEMPTIONS TO PERMIT REQUIREMENT.
   Without prejudice to the application of any other requirement of this chapter, the following premises shall be exempt from the permit requirement set forth in § 51.061:
   (A)   Single-family residences;
   (B)   Residential duplexes;
   (C)   Other commercial buildings discharging only sewage; and
   (D)   Funeral parlors.
