§ 151.035  COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR BASIC EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES.
   No person shall occupy as owner, occupant, or let to another for occupancy, any dwelling or dwelling unit for the purposes of living, sleeping, cooking, or eating therein, which does not comply with the requirements as applicable to §§ 151.036 and 151.037 of this subchapter.
