§ 150.63  REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF NOTICE OR PLACARD PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, remove, or alter any notice or placard from any structure or dwelling which has been placarded under this subchapter except by the express written permission of the Council or its designee.
