§ 150.21  RESTRICTIONS.
   No mobile home may be located in the town and permanently occupied as a residence unless the Town Council, on application, issues an improvement location permit authorizing the location of the mobile home.  Any mobile home to be located in the town shall have a minimum of 500 feet of floor area, and shall not be placed on any lot or area that has less than 10,000 square feet, and shall have access to the municipal water and waste disposal system.  Any mobile home shall not exceed in coverage more than 30% of the total lot area, and shall not be located on any lot or parcel of real estate unless it has a front yard of at least 40 feet in depth from the edge of the street, a rear yard of at least 20 feet, and each side yard of at least five feet in width.  Any mobile home located within the town shall have the wheels and axles removed, and shall have permanent concrete, brick, or stone foundation supports, and the mobile home or any addition thereto shall be completely skirted.
