§ 110.98  VIOLATION.
   Any person, firm, or corporation, who knowingly and willfully aids or assists another to evade any of the terms and provisions of this chapter or who conspired with another to avoid the penalties there shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of this chapter and shall be subject to the penalties specified in § 110.99.
