§ 110.99  PENALTY.
    Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than $100 or more than $500 per day. Each day during which any person, firm, or corporation engages in the business of itinerant merchant or solicitor in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
