(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of itinerant merchant or in the business of solicitor, as defined in § 110.01 of this chapter within the town, until the provisions of this chapter have been complied with.
(B) Every holder of any license or certificate authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall be required to have possession of the same during the times of operation, so that it may be inspected upon request by any police officer of the town.
