§ 90.06  REMOVAL BY TOWN.
    If any abandoned vehicle in violation of this chapter is not removed within the time fixed, the Marshal shall cause such abandoned vehicle to be removed by a salvage yard or wrecker service.  The cost and expense of such removal shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle.
