The owner of an abandoned vehicle in violation of this chapter, the occupant of the real estate on which the abandoned vehicle is located, and the owner of the real estate on which the abandoned vehicle is located, shall each, upon conviction for violation of this chapter, be subject to a penalty not less than $100 and not exceeding $500. Each day that the abandoned vehicle is permitted to remain on the real estate after the time fixed in the order of removal shall constitute a separate offense.
