§ 72.04  PARALLEL PARKING.
   Except where angle parking is permitted, vehicles stopped or parked upon a right-of-way in the town shall be stopped or parked parallel and within 12 inches of the curb or edge of right-of-way facing in the direction of the flow of traffic.  Any vehicle violating this section shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 72.99.
