§ 71.02  SPEED LIMITS IN INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   It is determined and declared that a reasonable and safe prima facie speed limit not to exceed 20 mph at certain street intersections.
   (B)   Appropriate signs shall be placed upon the approaches to these street intersections showing a speed limit of 20 mph.
