§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of committing a Class C infraction under the terms of I.C. 34-28-5-4 and shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not less than $100 and not exceeding the sum of $500 plus court costs.
