(A) Prior to the beginning of any construction project, detailed scaled maps and plans must be submitted to the Sunman Utility Department. Plans must outline the proposed distribution system, showing all mains and fire hydrants, as well as valve locations. Further planning of the proposed project should consist of, but not be limited to:
(1) Location of other utility service lines (gas and telephone underground);
(2) Staking of line and grade;
(3) Determination of material quantities;
(4) The acquisition of all necessary material;
(5) Planning and arrangements for the necessary tool, equipment, and personnel to effectively complete the installation;
(6) Obtaining necessary barricades, signs, and safety equipment for safety on and around the project site; and
(7) Obtaining proper easements and permits from property owners and governmental agencies.
(B) Failure to comply will delay construction.
