§ 52.34  CUSTOMER’S LINE.
   (A)   The customer’s service line shall be installed and maintained by the customer at the customer’s expense in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the municipal rules and regulations and with the regulations of the State Board of Health.
   (B)   The customer is responsible for the water line from the meter tile to his or her point of destination.  When a customer chooses to install the meter inside the residence, the customer shall be responsible from the property line in, inside the corporation limits.  Therefore, the customer is liable for all water metered through the meter in case of a broken water line on customer’s property.
   (C)    The customer will not have to pay sewer charges for the total amount of water lost if the broken water line is between the customer’s dwelling and the water meter tile.  The customer will be charged an average sewer charge in this case with approved application.
