Neither the Sunman Utility Department nor the customer shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing any of the things undertaken by the Sunman Utility Department or customer under any service contract in case such failure or delay is caused by strikes, acts of God, unavoidable accidents, or other contingencies beyond utility or customer control and in no manner due to any fault, neglect, or omission on the utility’s or customer’s part.
