§ 52.16  FLUORIDES IN PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY.
   (A)   The Waterworks Superintendent of the town is authorized to purchase and install equipment to add sodium fluoride to the water being distributed by the town.
   (B)   With the approval of the State Board of Health, fluoride compound will be added to the public water supply in sufficient quantities to bring the total amount of fluoride ions present in the finished water to the optimum concentration recommended by the State Board of Health, but not exceeding 1.5 parts per million by weight.
