The town shall make all reasonable efforts to eliminate interruption of service, and when interruptions occur, will endeavor to reestablish service with the shortest possible delay. Whenever the service is interrupted for the purpose of working on the distribution system or the station equipment, all consumers affected by an interruption will be notified in advance whenever it is possible to do so.
