§ 52.02  DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE; NOTICE BY CUSTOMER.
   (A)   Discontinuation by town. The Sunman Utility Department reserves the right to shut off the supply of water without notice, for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   Repairs;
      (2)   Want of supply;
      (3)   Interference with any of the water department meters, equipment or connections thereto;
      (4)   Failure to comply with the terms of the contract;
      (5)   Violation of any rules and regulations applicable to the service;
      (6)   Non-payment of any bill when due; or
      (7)   Any unlawful or unsafe condition.
   (B)   Enforcement. The Sunman Utility Department shall have the right to enforce any contract notwithstanding any such discontinuation of service.
   (C)   Discontinuation by customer.  Any customer desiring to discontinue the water service to a premises for any reason must give notice of discontinuance in writing to the waterworks system; otherwise, the customer shall remain liable for all water used and service rendered by the town until the notice is received by the town.
