§ 51.087  SPECIAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN TOWN AND INDUSTRIAL CONCERNS.
   No statement contained in this section shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the town and any industrial concern whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the town for treatment, subject to payment therefor by the industrial concern, at the rates as are compatible with the rates and charges set forth in §§ 51.100 through 51.105.
