§ 51.019  TAP APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall tap any sanitary sewer in the town without first obtaining the approval of the Town Council, and no person shall continue to permit a tap discharging any waters into the sanitary sewer system other than sewage after receiving notice of the illegal tap.
