Garbage and other refuse shall be disposed of by the contractor in accordance with law and at a site to be provided by the contractor and approved by the state and local health authorities. The contractor further agrees to hold the town blameless from any and all claims for damages, or for nonperformance, with state and other health regulations and requirements governing the location and operation of the disposal site, and the collection, transportation, and disposal of the garbage and other refuse, and will furnish to the town copies of its insurance coverage for property damage and public liability.
