§ 50.04  SIZE, TYPE, AND PLACEMENT OF CONTAINERS.
   Garbage and other refuse will be drained, placed, and stored in acceptable metal or vinyl weather-proof refuse containers with lids, or plastic bags, approved by the Town Council.  No other receptacles, such as drums, barrels, baskets, cartons, or other-sized cans may be used. Tree limbs are to be bound and tied in bundles with a maximum length of four feet, a maximum diameter of two feet, and a maximum weight of 50 pounds.  Appliances and other items necessitating special handling will be picked up without additional charge on special days to be designated by the Town Council, which special collection days shall number no more than two in each year of this contract, or any renewal thereof.  Demolition material and special refuse problems caused by acts of God will be handled by separate contracts.  The contractor will not be responsible for removing junked or abandoned automobiles. The contractor shall be under no obligation hereunder to collect garbage or other refuse from without the corporate limits of the town, nor shall be required hereunder to collect garbage and other refuse which is not placed at a collection point, street, or alley, easily accessible for collection.
