Garbage and other refuse shall be collected from all residences and commercial establishments on Monday of each week of each year during the term of contract. The contractor shall cooperate with the Clerk-Treasurer of the town in the satisfactory disposition of complaints received by the town pertaining to the collection and disposal services established in this section.
