§ 36.05  INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO ENFORCE.
   The Town Attorney is directed to negotiate the terms of an interlocal agreement under I.C. 33-36-2-4 with an established court in order to enforce ordinance violations not disposed of by through the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
