§ 36.04  DUTIES OF VIOLATIONS CLERK.
   Pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-3, the Violations Clerk may accept:
   (A)   Written appearances;
   (B)   Waivers of trial;
   (C)   Admission of violations; and
   (D)   Payment of civil penalties in ordinance violations cases per the schedule adopted by the Town Board.
