141.07 CONDITIONS FOR RETURN TO EMPLOYMENT FOLLOWING A POSITIVE TEST.
   Covered employees who re-enter the service of the Village or return to private employment on a project undertaken by the Village following an unsatisfactory substance abuse test result shall be subject to the conditions which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
   (a)   A release to work statement for an approved treatment specialist;
   (b)   A negative return to duty test for drugs, controlled substances and/or alcohol;
   (c)   An agreement to periodic testing for one year;
   (d)   A statement of expected work-related behavior; and
   (e)   An agreement to follow specified after care requirements with the understanding that violation of the re-entry contract is grounds for further discipline.
