(a) The Assistant Village Administrator shall work under the direct supervision and control of the Village Administrator and shall have all the authority and powers conferred upon the Village Administrator pursuant to Section 127.02.
(b) All matters prior to consideration by the Sunbury Village Administrator shall first be directed to the Assistant Village Administrator.
