(A) All costs and expenses incidental to the installation of the building sewer and the connection thereof to the public sewer system shall be borne by the owner of the property being connected.
(B) No work shall be commenced before the owner obtains any necessary permission to work in the public right-of-way from the County Road Commission.
(C) The owner shall indemnify the township from all loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be caused by the installation and connection of the building sewer to the public sewer system.
