§ 51.023 MANDATORY CONNECTION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION IN SERVICE DISTRICT.

All owners of parcels located in the service district which are presently undeveloped and which are hereafter improved by a structure in which sanitary sewage originates shall be required to connect to the available public sanitary sewer system in the manner provided by §§ 51.022 and 51.025.
