Subject to the provisions of the service agreement and the wastewater treatment agreement, the township specifically reserves the right to amend this chapter in whole or in part, at 1 or more times hereafter, or to repeal the same, and by the amendment to repeal, abandon, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify any of the fees, charges, or rates herein provided.
