§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise noted in the section, any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine of $500. Those offenses substantially corresponding to state statute, that are punishable by up to 93 days in jail and/or a fine of $500 are punishable in accordance with Public Act 246 of 1945, Section 3, being M.C.L.A. § 41.183(5). As part of any sentence for a violation of this chapter, a court may order restitution to any victim in accordance with state law along with costs of prosecution to the township.
   (B)   If any penalty in this chapter is inconsistent with state law, the maximum possible penalty under state law shall be established and enforced.
