§ 133.65 INTERFERING WITH SCHOOLS AND EVENTS.
   (A)   A person shall not willfully or maliciously act in any manner which disturbs, interrupts or interferes with the peace, quietude, instruction, learning or good order of any public, private or parochial school.
   (B)   A student or former student who has been suspended, expelled or otherwise banned from a public, private or parochial school shall not enter upon the grounds of the school, into school buildings or upon a vehicle used for school transportation without permission from an administrator, or his or her designee, of the school district with authority over the matter.
   (C)   A person shall not invade the playing area of any athletic contest or exhibition while such contest or exhibition is in progress; provided, that this section shall not apply to the participants or officials of such contest or exhibition. This section shall apply to any school athletic contest or exhibition as well as any organized recreational athletic contest or exhibition being held at a school facility or other facility open to the public.
