§ 133.55 INTERFERING WITH GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS.
   (A)   A person shall not offer as legitimate, to any public official or law enforcement officer, a document of any kind which the person knows to be fake, counterfeit, forged or altered in any way in order to defraud, mislead, deceive or otherwise interfere with a government function.
   (B)   A person shall not hinder, obstruct or impede a lawful administrative inspection of any regulated business, industry, occupation or activity that is permitted by state statute or local ordinance.
   (C)   A person shall not engage in any profession, trade, occupation or other activity for which a license is required by any federal, state or local law without first obtaining, and thereafter maintaining such a license.
   (D)   A person shall not obstruct, impede, hinder, or interfere with a firefighter, member of the fire department or emergency medical service (EMS) personnel who are in the performance of their lawful duties in the township.
