§ 133.50 OBSTRUCTING LAW ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   A person shall not do any of the following:
      (1)   Obstruct, resist, impede, hinder, oppose or fail to obey a lawful order of a peace officer in the performance of his or her official duties;
      (2)   When operating or occupying a motor vehicle which has been stopped in response to a peace officer's signal, command or direction, leave or attempt to leave the scene unless and until the person has received permission to do so from a peace officer;
      (3)   Escape or attempt to escape while lawfully confined by or in the custody of a peace officer, or assist in the escape or attempted escape of a person lawfully confined by or in the custody of a peace officer;
      (4)   Cross beyond any clearly marked police line;
      (5)   Refuse to depart from any area at the direction of a peace officer who reasonably believes it deemed necessary for the safety of the public, the preservation of peace, the investigation of a crime, the quelling of a public disturbance, the movement of traffic or the passage of a parade.
   (B)   A person shall not drive around or pass beyond any law enforcement, fire or other emergency service vehicle, or any temporary traffic control device placed by a peace officer that is temporarily stopping or diverting all traffic moving in that direction, unless directed to do so by a peace officer or firefighter. This section shall not apply unless the law enforcement, fire or emergency service vehicle has red, blue or amber emergency lights activated.
   (C)   A person, while stopped or detained for the purpose of investigation of a violation of any law or ordinance, or while temporarily detained for the purpose of issuance of a citation, shall not furnish a peace officer with false, forged, fictitious, or misleading verbal or written information as to the person's identity. This includes the person's name (and correct spelling thereof), date of birth, age, address or other identifying information.
